Wendy Houlahan '06

Recipient of the Arthur W. and Margaret I. Pejeau Scholarship


Wendy Houlahan is a junior majoring in early childhood education. She is a member of Hiram's Education Club and Kappa Delta Pi. Wendy was the winner of the Fall 2004 Technology Contest sponsored by the Ohio Foundation of Independent Colleges and is on the Dean's List. In her spare time, she enjoys sewing, drawing, painting, and making pottery. Following her graduation, Wendy plans to teach elementary school, hopefully in the Aurora, Ohio, school district.

The Arthur W. and Margaret I. Pejeau Scholarship was established and endowed by Arthur W. and Margaret I. Pejeau, their son, Richard A. Pejeau '66, and their daughter-in-law, Susan Brethauer Pejeau '66, family and friends in support of the students enrolled at Hiram College. This scholarship is awarded to deserving upper-class students.
