Your gift to the Hiram Fund makes a big difference.

While it’s certainly true that Hiram relies on donors who can make significant gifts (honestly, who doesn’t?), Hiram also relies on thousands of individuals who make gifts at all levels. All gifts collectively add up and enable Hiram to attract millions of dollars in external funding.

Fact: In 2004-05, donors who made gifts of less than $200 offered $143,000 in support for the College. Many of those commtiments were paid in monthly installments throughout the year. Many gifts make a big difference!

Foundations, corporations, and college guides pay close attention to the numbers of alumni, parents, and friends who support institutions through annual donations. Think about it! If an institution’s own alumni aren’t supporting their alma mater on an annual basis, why would a foundation offer a grant to Hiram?

Fact: Individuals who gave less than $100 to the Hiram Fund account for 4% of the alumni participation rate.

Fact: Alumni from the most recent classes have the greatest impact on the College’s alumni participation rate because they represent the largest class sizes in Hiram's Alumni Association.
